Product Description
VS1 series is an indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker for AC three-phase power system with frequency 50HZ. The rated voltage of the vacuum circuit breaker can be 12kV, 24kV or 36kV, which has the advantages of small size, reliable insulation and long maintenance-free time. The circuit breaker adopts the integral design of actuating mechanism and circuit breaker body, which can be used as fixed installation unit or equipped with special propulsion mechanism to form the role of handcart unit. The operating mechanism can be modular or spring type.
VS1 series side-mounted vaccum circuit breakers are mainly characterised by three-phase longitudinal arrangement of the main electrical circuit and small width of the equipment.The primary part adopts a solid sealing pole, which seals the vacuum interrupter and the dominant electric circuit parts into a whole, protects the interrupter from collision, dust and condensation, and has a strong adaptability to the environment, which greatly reduces the operation and maintenance costs, and really realises the maintenance-free primary part of the product, and comprehensively improves the electrical life and capacitive breaking capacity of the product, which makes the product safer and more reliable.
The overall structure of the circuit breaker adopts the form of front and rear arrangement of operating mechanism and primary part, and the primary part is three-phase floor-standing structure. The upper and lower outlet blocks and the interrupter chamber are sealed into one by epoxy resin APG process, which makes the surface of the interrupter chamber free from dust accumulation, prevents the vacuum interrupter chamber from being damaged by external factors, and ensures that it can be used in a humid, hot and heavily polluted environment.
