YB series Intelligent integrated prefabricated substation
This series of prefabricated substations is suitable for 12kV, rated frequency 50Hz three-phase AC systems, with a capacity configuration of 2500kVA and below in residential communities, commercial hotels, large construction sites, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, and temporary construction sites. It is suitable for ring power supply and also for radial terminal power supply.
The product meets the standards of GB/1904 Power Transformers, GB/17467 High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations, and GB/3906 3.6KV-40.5KV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment.
Product structure and features
The shell is designed based on innovative foreign technologies and actual situations. It has the characteristics of firmness, thermal insulation and ventilation, good performance, anti small animal, moisture-proof, beautiful appearance, and easy maintenance. There are multiple choices of shell materials. For example: aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate, non-metallic materials (glass fiber cement), etc.
The high-voltage side generally uses load switches or vacuum circuit breakers, and has complete anti misoperation functions. Optional ring network switch equipment such as XGN15A and HXGN ports. Transformers can be oil immersed, fully sealed, or dry-type. GGD1 (2,3) type can be used for low-voltage room equipment.
The substation has complete protection performance, convenient operation, and high and low voltage metering options. It can be equipped with automatic no power compensation devices according to user requirements.
The top cover of the box is designed as a double-layer structure, and the interlayer is filled with foam plastics, which has a good heat insulation effect. The high and low voltage rooms are designed with independent top plates inside, and the transformer room is equipped with anti condensation and automatic temperature control monitoring, heating, and cooling devices.
The box adopts natural ventilation, and forced ventilation equipment can also be installed. Dust prevention devices are installed at the positions corresponding to the louvers on the outer side of the door panels and side panels.

2.Wind speed: ≤34m/s (not much dry 700pa);
3.Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40ºC, minimum temperature -35ºC;
4.Relative humidity: daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 95%;
5.Seismic: horizontal acceleration not greater than 0.4/S2, vertical acceleration not greater than 0.15m2;
6.Installation location inclination: not greater than 3°;
7.Installation environment: installed in places without fire, explosion danger, serious filth, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
