Product Description
FLRN36-24D type indoor high-voltage AC load switch-fuse combination electrical appliances are suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 24kV power system.
The series combination of load switch and current-limiting fuse can be used instead of circuit breaker, with the load switch assuming the role of closing and breaking load current and the current-limiting breaker for larger overload current and short-circuit current. The product is in accordance with GB3804, GB16926EC60265-1, 1EC60420 standard requirements.
The product has "closing - breaking - grounding" three-position extinguishing chamber, reliable interlocking, high strength of the breakout absolute, large climb design. The outlet end is protected by equalizing pressure protector, special dynamic sealing and fixed sealing design, reliable sealing, and equipped with pressure gauge at the obvious position for monitoring during operation to ensure operation, which is a new generation of high-voltage switchgear equipped with urban power grid.
Structure and characteristics
The load switch consists of upper and lower shells, arc extinguishing device, movable and static contacts, actuating mechanism, etc. It becomes a combination of electrical appliances by increasing the fuse contact block and impact release system.
The upper and lower shells are made of epoxy resin vacuum casting, constituting an inflatable inner cavity, in which the movable contacts are shared, and the main switch upper and lower static contacts and the grounding static contacts can be used to complete the three-position operation of closing, splitting and grounding in a sequential manner.

The back of the shell is equipped with a * diaphragm, when the failure may occur inside the room to destroy the pressure is too high, the overpressure gas can break through the diaphragm to be released, thus ensuring personal safety.
The inflatable inner cavity is filled with 0.04-0.05MPa (20C) pure SF6 gas, which has been strictly inspected and can guarantee the sealing with an expected working life of 20 years.
The front of the mechanism box is equipped with a gas pressure gauge and position indicator, the pressure gauge is used to monitor the SF6 gas force changes, the position indicator device is directly connected to the drive shaft of the movable contact, indicating the working position of the movable contact reliably.
