YB series Intelligent integrated prefabricated substation
YB series type substation, commonly known as European transformer, is the high-voltage electrical equipment, transformer, low-voltage electrical equipment combination of compact sets of power distribution equipment for urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural areas, residential neighborhoods, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oilfields as well as construction of electricity and other places, for the distribution system for the acceptance and distribution of electrical energy.
YB series combined transformer, has a strong set, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and can be moved, etc., compared with the conventional civil substation, the same capacity of combined substation covers an area of usually only 1/10-1/5 of the conventional substation, greatly reducing the design workload and construction to reduce the construction costs. In the power distribution series, it can be used in the ring network distribution system, and also can be used in the dual power supply or radial terminal distribution system, which is a new type of complete set of equipment for the construction and reconstruction of urban and rural substations at present.
YB series prefabricated substations comply with SD320-1992 "box-type substation technical conditions" and GB/T17467-1998 "high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation" standards. Shell materials can be selected according to user needs non-metallic, composite plate or steel plate.
Prefabricated /Compact Substation consists of as follow:
- Medium Voltage switchgear
- Distribution transformers
- Low Voltage switchboard
- Connections and auxiliary equipment to supply low voltage energy from medium voltage systems
MV Switchgear
- MV secondary switchgear including incoming feeder, outgoing feeder and transformer feeder
- The MV can be SF6 gas insulated type ring main unit or air insulated switchgear, in full portfolio range
- In some cases - there is no MV switchgear, the MV cable is mounted directly on the transformer
Transformer
- Oil immersed hermetically sealed or Dry type transformers can be installed
- Transformer bushings can be located on top or side of transformer as per customer needs
- Wide range of transformer capacities up to 3200 kVA
- The Prefabricated /Compact Substations is designed to allow simple and easy transformer installation on site or integrated into the Prefabricated /Compact Substations in the factory
LV Switchboard
- Incoming feeder options can be direct connected, circuit breakers, fused disconnectors or Load Break Switches
- The LV busbar rating depends on the transformer rating
- Various number and ratings of outgoing feeders depending on transformer size and customer needs
- Equipment for metering, measuring and control available
Type and Material:
1. High voltage and ultra-high voltage transmission stations are generally built in vast wilderness areas, and primary equipment occupies a large outdoor area. Secondary control and protection equipment, as well as electrical control equipment, must be installed indoors.
2. This complete set of prefabricated cabins is manufactured in the factory, and after the installation and commissioning of secondary control equipment, the entire machine is transported to the site to complete the turnkey project. On site construction is simple, short in cycle, convenient, and economical.
