Product structure and characteristics
1.The circuit breaker body is mainly composed of conductive circuits, transmission systems, insulation systems, etc.
The conductive circuit mainly consists of incoming and outgoing conductive poles, conductive brackets, vacuum arc extinguishing chambers, etc. -The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is the main component of a circuit breaker, with good short-circuit current breaking and closing capabilities, and a long electrical life.
The transmission system mainly consists of three-phase main shaft, insulated pull rod, connecting rod, contact spring, and opening spring.
2.. This product is oil-free and SF6 free, with advantages such as light weight, small size, easy operation, reliable operation, long service life, no pollution, and maintenance free;
3.Adopting a three-phase pillar structure, it has the characteristics of stable and reliable breaking performance, no combustion and explosion hazards, maintenance free, small size, light weight, and long service life. There is no issue of condensation and interphase insulation breakdown caused by shared box products.
4.The circuit breaker adopts a miniaturized design and a fully enclosed structure. Helps to improve moisture and condensation resistance, especially suitable for use in cold or humid areas.
5.The external insulation adopts imported epoxy resin casting or silicone rubber composite material for sealing and molding. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is installed inside the insulation cylinder, which has high hydrophobicity, high pollution resistance, high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance;
6.Spring operating mechanism or permanent magnet operating mechanism can be installed. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, which solves the problem of rusting of the operating mechanism and improves its reliability.
