General Information
The 12kV FL (R) N36 load circuit breaker sf6 LBS is a double break rotating load switch that uses SF6 gas as the insulating arc extinguishing medium. Suitable for 12kV distribution systems. Each switch is permanently sealed after being filled with SF6 gas at a pressure of 0.4 bar. The switch can be installed vertically or horizontally. The typical installation method in the ring main cabinet is to horizontally install steel partitions between the cable compartment and the busbar compartment. This installation method isolates the busbar from the cable joint to meet the safety requirements for operation and maintenance.
This series load break switch is mainly used to break and close the load current. The load switch can also be used in conjunction with a high-voltage fuse instead of a circuit breaker. Because load switches are easy to use and reasonable in price, load switches are widely used in 10kV distribution network systems. Reasonable selection of load switches in the design is of great significance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.
Structural Features
1. The FLN36-12 load switch adopts a double break rotating contact and has the following three states: closed; Open grounding.
2. The load switch uses SF6 as the arc extinguishing and insulation medium. The switch is sealed by an upper and lower shell cast with epoxy resin, which has good insulation performance.
If an arc occurs internally and there is a structural weakness at the back of the casing, the casing will be washed away. Then, the arc leakage valve on the cabinet will be flushed open, and the compressed air flow will be directed to the outside of the cabinet. Good safety performance.
4. Each load switch is sealed and maintenance free for life.
The relative pressure of SF6 gas inside the load switch is 0.045Mpa.
The mechanical lifespan of the load switch is 5000 times for opening and closing, and 2000 times for opening and closing.
Operating Mechanism
The spring operating mechanisms of load switches and their combination devices are divided into single spring operating mechanisms and double spring operating mechanisms. The FLN36-12D load switch is equipped with a single spring operating mechanism, mainly used for incoming and outgoing line control units. The FLRN36-12D load switch fuse combination electrical device is equipped with a double spring operating mechanism, mainly used for transformer protection devices.
