YB series  Outdoor prefabricated compact substation

YB series type substation, commonly known as European transformer, is the high-voltage electrical equipment, transformer, low-voltage electrical equipment combination of compact sets of power distribution equipment for urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural areas, residential neighborhoods, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oilfields as well as construction of electricity and other places, for the distribution system for the acceptance and distribution of electrical energy.

Prefabricated substations are compartmentalized with appropriate Medium/Low Voltage (MV/LV) and Transformer sections with individual doors for each compartment. Our packaged substations are tested in accordance with the latest IEC standard 62271-202.

These packaged substations are designed and manufactured as per the customer's specialized requirements. It is possible to choose from a wide range of HV/LV switchgear/vacuum circuit breakers and pre-fabricated substations are designed accordingly. They are fully partitioned thus safe to use and require minimum maintenance.

Switchboards, switchgear, VCBs, transformers and cables are encapsulated in an enclosure with built-in wiring to support the smooth operation of the entire facility. The exterior of the substation can be customized to meet your needs.


 

HV & LV compartments are with completed function

1.)H.V.compartment has various of power supply methods when testing power supply in 1 time, it also can be installed with H.V.testing appliances to reach the demand of H.V.testing.  

 

2.)The transformer compartment can be choosed S7 ,S9 or other low consumption oil immersed transformer and dry type transformer.  The transformer compartment  has automatic start wind cooling systems and lighting systems.

 

3.)Low voltage compartment can be made according to users' need , it adopts fixed or assembled structure to  be electrical power supply system,it has many function like  light distribution ,power distribution, reactive power ,electrical power testing..etc to improve the power distribution quality and satisfy the user.

Delivery depends on the order quantity, usually it takes 1 month for container orders. There are no problems for us to deliver 20 containers (20 feet or 40 feet) per month. 7.What should I do if I want to visit the factory?
Our company is located in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, China. The factory is about 35 minutes drive from Wenzhou Airport and 30 minutes drive from Yueqing High Speed Railway Station. It takes about 1 hour by airplane from Shanghai International Airport.
